Hot weather and thunderstorms can trigger symptoms in those who suffer with lung conditions such as asthma.

If you notice the weather makes your symptoms worse and you are needing to use your inhaler more frequently, please talk to your pharmacist, contact your GP or NHS 111.

We’ve had lots of patients asking about Mounjaro which has been approved by NHS England for weight management. The eligibility criteria has been set but is strict and we are awaiting further information on how the programme will be rolled out.

We are aware this has been announced on the news but we have no further information to offer at this point. The eligible patients will be contacted in due course once the arrangements are fully in place.

You do not need to contact the surgery at this time.

80th Anniversary of VE Day raffle

As an accredited veteran friendly service, we wanted to show our commitment and appreciation to our veterans, reservists and cadets by putting the following hamper together to raffle off.

More information can be found on posters in reception across all surgeries, it is a £1 per strip and all money raised will be going to tri services and veterans support centre which is based in Newcastle under Lyme.

It is open to all members of the public along with clinicians at the surgeries.

The winner will be drawn on the 8 May 2025 and will be contacted via telephone.
