As an holistic therapist consideration is taken not only of any symptoms you may be experiencing but your medical history and lifestyle. My background:
I started my natural therapy pathway in 1996 as a member of The Rainbow Centre of Healing and Teaching founded by the much loved and respected Bobby Kovach. During my time at the centre, between 1996 and 2003, I was instructed in the use of colour and crystals which I use today to compliment Reflexology, Indian Head and Reiki treatments. I gained a Diploma in Reflexology in 1999, Indian Head Massage Diploma in 2006 and Reiki Healing Certificates in 1996/97, and Reiki Masters in 2012. I have also added Hopi Ear Candling, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy and Thai Full Body Massage. I am a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). Holistic Therapies promote deep relaxation, increases energy levels, reduces stress and enhances health and well being, this in turn assists as a preventative healthcare regime.
