Accessibility matters, and we’re always working to make our space as inclusive as possible. 💙

⭐ Feedback Friday ⭐

A mild form of Ataxia had stopped this client from playing golf due to balance and coordination issues.

After an assessment and a tailored movement programme, their coordination improved significantly in just three sessions — and now they’re looking forward to getting back on the golf course! ⛳

We’re so grateful for the trust our clients place in us. Thank you for the wonderful feedback.

⚡ S is for Spinal Stimulation

NISE-Stim (Non-Invasive Spinal Electrical Stimulation) uses safe electrical currents delivered through electrodes placed over the spinal cord and specific muscles to help stimulate movement.

By mimicking the body’s natural nerve signals, it can help activate muscles and improve strength, coordination, and motor control.

Children with conditions such as spina bifida, spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, and other motor impairments may benefit from spinal stimulation. When combined with physiotherapy, it helps reinforce skill development and maximise functional outcomes.

Great work from Bradley during his recent physiotherapy intensive block 👏

Bradley came to us ahead of his upcoming surgery, and across multiple focused sessions we worked on strengthening his core, improving stability and building movement confidence. Using equipment such as the Hypervibe and BlazePods helped challenge his strength, control and coordination.

The hard work really paid off, fantastic progress in just a few days!

If you’re preparing for surgery, returning from injury, or want to make focused progress with your rehab, our intensive physio blocks can be a great option.

📅 We are now taking bookings for Easter Half Term Intensive Blocks.
