Manny Singh Kang just pulled off one of the most insane physical feats you’ll ever hear of. He walked 130 miles from Wolverhampton to London over three days, arrived at the London Marathon start line, and immediately ran the full 26-mile race.
By the time he crossed the finish line (his 7th marathon to date) he had raised over £61,000 for Dementia UK, bringing his total fundraising to a staggering £400,000 since 2018.
He admitted to feeling "a little bit delirious" by the end, even reportedly grabbing a stranger’s ice cream and eating it on the spot just to keep going. It’s hard to find a better example of pure grit and dedication for a great cause.
