I have been training on and off for approximately 15 years and enjoy the control, that each of us have to manipulate our bodies to do what we want them to do. I enjoy helping people reach their goals, whatever they may be from weight loss, fitness, to training for a particular sporting event. Helping people to push through their plateaus and reach what they wanted to and beyond is what I all about

Carrying on from my story yesterday. Instagram is full of young personal trainers in great shape.
Big deal!
If you’re a 25 year old personal trainer you SHOULD be in exceptional shape.
You have zero reason not to be.
What impresses me is the men over 35, who have demanding careers, family, social obligations and who are in great shape.
You won’t see these guys as often on social media but they deserve more credit and recognition.
