We had the exciting opportunity to attend the annual PureGym General Managers Conference, where we joined fellow suppliers BLKBOX and BootyBuilder in show casing the gym setup for the new Light Lifting area.

The event brought together over 400 General Managers from across the UK, making it a day filled with innovation,collaboration, and forward-thinking discussions.Our involvement in setting up the new area allowed us to highlight our equipment and align with PureGym’s vision of creating more accessible and diverse training zones for members. It was a fantastic chance to assist with the PureGym's ongoing evolution.

On Tuesday, our Education Team had the pleasure of hosting an engaging and insightful Education Conference at the University of Bath.

With just under 50 attendees from 20 different educational institutions across the UK, the day provided an opportunity for multiple different facilities to meet and network.

The talks covered a wide range of topics, including the commercial strategy behind running a successful fitness facility, the evolving fitness landscape and its impact on personal training, and the growing demand for small group personal training.

We want to send a huge thank you to the staff of the University of Bath, in particular Miles Peyton and Sam Holmes, for being our host site and presenting on the day, alongside Martin Foster from The Fitness Collective.

This event is part of the additional service that Matrix Fitness is proud to provide going beyond equipment to support education, growth and innovation across the sector.

We’re already looking forward to welcoming attendees to future events like this, which we plan to host regularly to support colleagues across the education sector.
