I have 100% more confidence than I did before starting! I hated full body pictures and would always try to stand a certain way that was more slimming, but that never happened!
Now I don’t care, I just look at myself in awe! The way I think towards food - I’m now walking places instead of driving, or taking lifts instead of the stairs all because I’ve lost nearly 4 & 1/2 stone 🥰 ###xc
