Support includes:

✅ Assessments and signposting
✅ Evidence-based low-intensity interventions
✅ Assistance for parents and carers
✅ Help with concerns such as anxiety, depression, eating difficulties, crisis response, and complex needs

The CYP initiative aims to strengthen the connection between children and young people’s mental health services, GP practices, and partner organisations — ensuring person-centred care is accessible when needed.
