Friends and Family Test Results – February 2026

We’re incredibly grateful to the 212 patients who took the time to share their feedback through our Friends and Family Test in February.

We’re very proud to report that 97% of respondents rated our service as ‘Very Good’ or ‘Good’ and said they would recommend our practice to their friends and family.

Thank you once again for your valuable comments. Your feedback plays a vital role in helping us improve and continue providing the best possible care.

✨Didn't wait long for an appointment the nurses took their time to listen to me been really nice understanding supportive

✨Easy to get a appointment, sympathetic Doctor, easy to get prescription and easy to get a repeat prescription

Please read this important information in regards the below.

Following updated guidance yesterday from NHS England and Public Health.

If your child missed having their Men B vaccine - this is given to the child between the age of 8 weeks and their second birthday

Men B - Parents need to contact their local chemist who can offer this vaccine, please note there will be a charge so please discuss this with the chemist

If your child missed having their Men ACWY vaccine - this will have been offered with in your child's school in year 9 (aged between 13-14)

Men ACWY - Parents please if you are unsure contact school health to check first. Once you have clarity then please contact the surgery and we will arrange for an appointment with our practice nurse - we can offer this to anyone up to the age of 25 who has not received the vaccine.
