Friends and Family Test Results – January 2026

We’re incredibly grateful to the 203 patients who took the time to share their feedback through our Friends and Family Test in January.

We’re proud to report that 94% of respondents rated our service as ‘Very Good’ or ‘Good’, and said they would recommend our practice to their friends and family.

Today is World Cancer Day.

World Cancer Day is an initiative of the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC)Opens in new tab, the largest and oldest international cancer organisation dedicated to taking action on cancer. ✨Arranged telephone appointment was on time.
The doctor was excellent in how she led the questions and listened to my thoughts and concerns. She took action with a plan and gave me a clear understanding of what to do and what to expect. She followed up with getting information back to me, as was discussed.

✨Excellent service friendly staff more of the same

✨Both nurses were lovely; made me feel comfortable and explained what vaccines my daughter was having.

✨Short wait, great communication

✨Didn't have a long wait for my appointment, the phlebotomist was pleasant, efficient and gentle..

Please if you have already had an invite to self-book your appointment for your RSV vaccine and the link has expired or you don't feel confident booking the appt via the link, pick up your telephone and give us a ring and one of our fantastic receptionists will be very happy to help and arrange your appointment.
