Hot Yoga Mondays are HERE to Stay 🔥🧘‍♀️

We’re excited to welcome Katie Jones of to The Rehab Hub team as our new Hot Yoga instructor 🙌

She’ll be taking over Monday nights at 6:30pm for a 60-minute session in the heat — the perfect way to unwind, stretch, and reset for the week ahead

Fridays at 6:15pm with Chlo still running too!

From 17th November, our amazing instructor, Chlo, will only be taking Hot Yoga on Fridays at 6:15pm here at The Rehab Hub

But don’t panic — we’re working behind the scenes to bring you more classes, more variety, and exciting new styles, including a potential Men’s only yoga session 👀
