✨ I’m still not feeling 100% at the moment, so I’m leaning into rest and comfort where I can. Lots of tea, cosy blankets and reminding myself it’s okay to slow down. 🌸

If you’re also not feeling your best, please be gentle with yourself. Rest is never wasted, our bodies (and minds) really do thank us for it. Sending you a big virtual hug today 💜

And what a year it’s been already - lots of ups and downs, sadly more downs for me this year, with losing my lovely Step Dad just days into the new year… But, I’m now welcoming in the autumn and winter seasons with a warm embrace, with plenty of grounding, self care and feeling safe in the arms of my family 🧡

Say 'goodbye' to those warm summer nights...

I’m feeling a little under the weather today, so I’m giving myself permission to rest. I’m wrapped up in my onesie, sipping Yogi Tea Classic Chai 🫖 and watching All Creatures Great and Small. 🥰

It’s so important to remember that taking time out isn’t indulgent, it’s essential. Just like reflexology supports balance and wellbeing, giving yourself moments of comfort and rest is part of self care too. 💛

So if you’re not feeling yourself, be gentle. Take the pause your body is asking for. 🌿

FAQ’s ???

How can reflexology help me???

Due to advertising restrictions, this is all I am able to claim when promoting reflexology.

However let’s think sensibly about those claims below…

IF reflexology can reduce tension by promoting relaxation, IF it can help you sleep better and improves your mood along with giving you an improved sense of wellbeing - COULD that then start to affect you physically….

It’s all linked together after all isn’t it, our physical, mental and our emotional stuff.

Maybe by helping one to shift in a more positive direction we can have a positive impact on another aspect of life…..

Food for thought eh 💭 🤔

TIP #14
Have you ever tried eating seasonal fruit and vegetables rather than the same things throughout the year? If you haven’t, give it a try. Different fruit and vegetables flourish at different times of the year, and eating them when they’re in season offers increased nutrient density and freshness, along with a more natural favour. Eating with the seasons also means that there’s plenty of variety all year-round, meaning you can try lots of different recipes.

Eating seasonally also supports local communities, economies and producers. It’s good for the environment by reducing the distance that food needs to be transported, lowering carbon emissions, and often doesn’t require preservatives because it goes from picking to plate more quickly too.

Align with your body’s natural needs throughout the year, and be sustainable to the planet at the same time. It’s an easy way to make your diet more varied, more nutritious, and more flavoursome.

Try tip number 14. Eat with the seasons!

✨ World Reflexology Week ✨

“What exactly is Reflexology?!” I hear you ask!

✨ Your feet, hands, and ears are full of reflex points that connect to different parts of your body. Reflexology is a gentle, holistic meaning the body as a whole) therapy that works by applying pressure to these points to support your body’s natural balance and healing. Many people describe it as deeply relaxing, almost meditative, and a wonderful way to give your body a little extra care. Whether you’re looking to unwind after a busy day or simply take a moment for yourself, reflexology is a perfect choice. 🌿

🌿 Reflexology for Aches and Pains 🌿

We all experience aches and pains from time to time, whether it’s tired feet, stiff shoulders, or those little niggles that come from everyday life. Reflexology works by applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, which correspond to different parts of the body.

✨ This can help to:
🦶 Ease tension in muscles and joints
💨 Improve circulation to support healing
🌙 Encourage deep relaxation to reduce pain linked to stress
⚖️ Restore balance in the body’s natural systems

While reflexology isn’t a replacement for medical treatment, many people find it a soothing and effective way to manage everyday discomfort and support overall wellbeing.

💆‍♀️ Why not give your body the chance to release built-up tension and feel lighter?
