Last year was about removing chairs from the table.
Stepping back.
Letting go of what no longer felt right.
Making choices that protected your energy, even when they were hard. 😔
And now, something feels different.🦋
I believe we’re entering a new era.
Not a dramatic one, but a quieter, steadier chapter that comes after the shedding.
Many of us have let go of relationships, roles, habits, or ways of being that simply didn’t serve us anymore. We’ve softened where we once pushed. We’ve learned to listen more closely to our own needs.🙏🏻
This year isn’t about filling every seat again.
It’s about noticing who, and what, is already here.
What feels supportive.🦋
What feels honest.🦋
What feels nourishing enough to stay.🦋
There’s a deep settling that happens when we stop striving for “more” and start tending to what remains.
✨ Gentle reflection:
What are you choosing to make space for this year?
And who (or what) truly deserves a seat at your table now?
If this resonates, pause for a moment today.
Name one thing you’re grateful you let go of , and one thing you’re ready to nourish ❤️
