Today I hosted a webinar for 400 registrants as an International Trainer for the Korean company GENOSYS 🤍 a role I’ve had for the last 2 years.
Today felt a little different.
While I usually teach about products, skin science and treatment protocols, this session took me back to my roots. I spoke about psychology in aesthetics — something very close to my heart.
Many of you may not know that before Luciderm, before clinics and training, I went to university for my Psychology degree, followed by a Master’s in Health Psychology. Those foundations still guide me every single day.
Skin is never just skin.
Behind every concern is a person, a story, and often something deeper than what we see on the surface.
I truly believe great aesthetic care means treating the skin while understanding the human attached to it — life is stressful, so we don’t want our skin to be!
I’m grateful I get to blend science, psychology, and compassion in the work I do 🤍
