A BIT ABOUT ME
Coming from a performing background, I found a much needed sense of grounding and stability on my mat that was lacking in my career; it was a constant that always had my back and I wanted to be able to give that to other people. I now have 355 hours of certified training in various disciplines, and teach Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hatha, Prenatal, Postnatal, Baby Yoga and Baby Mass
age. I offer a mixture of group classes, workshops, courses, retreats, private tuition: 1:1 or semi private and corporate sessions. TEACHING STYLE
Generally speaking, I teach classes that are strong, steady and mindful. I endeavour to create and hold space for you to meet yourself where you're at, each time you step on your mat, and I'll meet you there too. I will encourage you to practice mindfully and connect with the subtle signals your body gives you to be fully present with yourself. I hope to remind clients that yoga isn’t just about the physical asana (poses); this is merely just the start. It isn’t about flexibility or the ability to touch your toes. It is about connecting with our inner being; beginning the journey toward finding our true self, and a more harmonious and fulfilling life. TESTIMONIALS
