FUN Fitness Classes & Wellbeing Events both Face2face in Stone & Stafford and Online via ZOOM. Clubbercise, Boogie Bounce, Rockbox, Pilates, Seated Gentle Exercise and loads more classes ALL available throughout the week. We can even hire you our Boogie Bounce equipment to join our online programmes. BEGINNERS FRIENDLY and ALL levels of fitness are very welcome to join. We want to get FIT, but we don't take ourselves too seriously - there has to be some laughs along the way! Join us for Clubbercise tonight at 6.20pm for an hour of great music, glowsticks and lots of laughs. It’s a brilliant workout but it honestly just feels like a night out dancing! ✨

‘the happy vibe fitness & wellbeing’ was created in 2016.
WHY did it happen? Trish, its creator had personally had found a way to ENJOY getting FITTER herself which improved her all round wellbeing - both physically, emotionally & mentally. This led her to her new found passion - inspiring others to have this opportunity to feel GOOD too.
HOW did it happen? By FINDING different types of Classes & Concepts that suited people who wanted to get fitter, but didn’t want it to be too serious. Exercise which wasn’t like going to the gym. Exercise that was based around FUN, GOOD MUSIC & gentle introductions to new social groups. Perhaps like Trish, for people who had unintentionally been absorbed for years being a Parent & being busy in Full-Time or Full-On Jobs & Careers.
WHAT happened next? Trish dug our her ‘Exercise to Music’ teaching qualification from the 90’s & re-qualified as a Group Exercise Instructor and then as a Level 3 Pilates Instructor.
AND now? Trish & the happy vibe run a wide variety of ONLINE and Face-2-Face Classes including: Clubbercise, Pilates, Boogie Bounce, Funky Step & Sit Fit. Masterclasses, beginner & weekend events will be available to enjoy soon. They have a growing team of instructors, a growing tribe of women, men & children participating in ONLINE & in person events across Staffordshire, the UK & even across the globe too!
OUR MISSION? To be the place where FITNESS is FUN. Whether you are 8 or 108, a Beginner or a Fitness Follower already - we have something for you!
