📍 Stone | Bucknall | Werrington | Cheadle | Stoke | Sneyd Green | Hartshill | Other surrounding areas.

✨ What we offer:
• £12.42 per hour (weekdays)
• £13 per hour (weekends)
• Weekly pay
• Full Time & Part Time positions available
• Full training provided

✅ Requirements:
• UK Driving Licence
• Previous care experience preferred (but not essential)

Community Support Worker – Multi-Disadvantaged / Complex Needs

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to support individuals with multiple disadvantages and complex needs. This role is central to empowering people to regain independence, reconnect with their communities, and rebuild trust in support services.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide practical and emotional support to individuals to carry out Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Support individuals to integrate back into society and build meaningful community connections
• Engage, motivate, and build positive, trusting relationships with service users
• Signpost and refer individuals to appropriate external services and agencies
• Work collaboratively with partner organisations while advocating for the needs of individuals
• Promote confidence, dignity, and independence in all aspects of support

Essential Skills (Must Have)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage sensitively with diverse individuals
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively
• Ability to work on own initiative, make informed decisions, and manage workload independently

Personal Qualities
• Empathetic, patient, and non-judgemental approach
• Resilient and adaptable in challenging situations
• Committed to promoting hope, trust, and faith in support services
