For over 25 years I’ve supported individuals on their healing journey by combining therapeutic insight, intuitive attunement and energy based healing to help restore balance and inner peace. My work is particularly suited to women who want a safe, confidential space to process life’s challenges whether emotional, energetic or existential and to reconnect with their authentic self and inner stability.

It's Monday! ☕️

A contemplative misty morning, anticipation and energy, teachings, fantastic community and sharing a celebratory meal with over 100 people.

A day revisiting the Buddhist teachings of non-dual appearance and emptiness and blending this with my spiritual approach to suffering, meaning and purpose.

I'm always grateful for an opportunity to keep learning and to have the confidence to walk my own path, which by the way is always with curiosity and fun!!

Saying that, I came home and had to have a little lie down due to thinking too much haha.

What an absolutely magical way to close a very successful year of Positive Vibes 💫️

Myself, Mel and Camilla have enjoyed 2025 more than you could possibly imagine.

The testimonials speak for themselves, the gifts from you speak for themselves, the healing journeys you've been on speak for themselves and the respectful connection you have formed with each other....well that speaks for itself ✨️

For our closing tea ceremony we all shared tasty Positive Vibes xmas offerings sent from Camilla with lots of love, which was so lovely thank you Camilla 💙

We'll be back in March for another cosmic journey of Positive Vibes as I'm taking a month off in February.

The luxury healing beds get snapped up quickly, with one reserved each month for our regular guy. So due to demand I'll be looking at adding a few more for next year.

They're soooo comfortable, they're absolutely lush and there's no additional charge as they're for those of you who find it difficult to lie on a mat. Simply message if you want to secure a bed.......your healing experience is most important to us.

I'll post the March event soon (I'm aware I've received some payments this morning thank you).

Allow yourself time to find Orchard Cottage, Stone, ST15 8GG and to settle in.

Pull off the one way system (directly opposite Christchurch car park) on to Back Radfords, bear LEFT and you will see a drive at the end with black gates. We are here.

The drive allows for around 5 cars.
Christchurch car park is directly across the road.

As you enter please REMOVE your coat, shoes and bags and leave in the entrance or communal area.

There is NO room for bags upstairs.

There is a toilet in the communal area.

🌙Then make your way upstairs and quietly settle (mats, throws, cushions and eye masks will already be set up for you)

🌙 Bring a extra cushion if you need support under your back

🌙 We'll be locking the front door for a 7pm start

🌙 Bring your own bottle of water if you think you will need it

🌙 We will be closing our practice with a self gratitude tea ceremony

It's our Positive Vibes healing evening on Wednesday and we've been counting the days down!! 💫✨️

All three healing beds have been taken but if you need any extra mats to double up please just ask.

To end this year of Positive Vibes, our wellbeing seekers have a teeny weeny treat as a thank you from me.

✨️ Two weeks ago I decided to cap bookings, I wanted to create an intimate healing experience where you will all receive longer healing from us.

It's usual for us to have anything from 15 to19 in the room but that really wasn't what I wanted this month. I wanted an experience where we can enjoy spending time with all of you individually, enjoy a drink and mingle with you.

Camilla is taking a short break, but she's really missing the events and asked if she could send an offering of positive vibes xmas cookies for you. How gorgeous is that!!! Camilla thank you ⭐

Mel, your healer, is absolutely buzzing, I saw her yesterday and can't wait to work with her again this month🧡

✨ Leading up to Christmas I’m starting an intimate, private healing group from my home in Stone.

It’s a closed circle, which is not something I’m currently opening for bookings, but it’s already becoming an important part of my vision of how I want to work 💫

The intention is simply to bring together a small number of women who want a consistent space for emotional regulation, meditation, nervous system support, steady personal and spiritual growth and a regular Reiki Share where we can exchange energy work in a focused, respectful way.

As part of our first gathering, everyone will also receive individual 💫 geometric grid healing from me. This is a structured form of energy work designed to bring balance, support hormonal regulation, strengthen connection with our higher self and stabilise the nervous system.

Keeping the group small allows this work to genuinely benefit each person. It’s already creating a strong sense of connection, which is very nice!!!

Developing a community of women in Stone✨ who are committed to their wellbeing and to supporting one another..........

This is the 💫community of light I wish to create,...a grid of light.

Although this group isn’t open to new participants at the moment, I wanted to share the vision behind it.

I won't be charging, but just like the events I hold, this is something I love to do and seeing women grow professionally, spiritually and emotionally is truly a beautiful thing to see.

I'm really liking how this is coming together!!✨
