Women's wisdom has always been a huge passion of mine and I have loved being part of this festival over the years - exploring Menstrual Cycle Awareness and this year, the transition into mothering.

This morning, I sat in a clearing in Hanchurch woods in a beam of sunlight, and gave thanks for peace. Today feels like a gift of sunshine, and love and peace prevailing...a long exhale and a hopeful inhale....

I was thinking earlier how different each month of the year 'feels' - each one has it's unique needs and activities. The perfect antidote to thinking everything should stay the same - nature has an inbuilt change system at its core.

In cycle awareness, it is understood that winter is not the time to begin anything, but to rest and wait. Liking this theory of the February shake off and the March strengthening. Our skin needs to thicken as the light calls us back, its a slow process - two steps forward, one back, just like the weather...

As the light descends on Imbolc day, and we hand over to the illumination of Mama Luna, beaming out love and blessings as we stand at the mid point of both the journey between Winter Solstice & Spring Equinox, and half way through the last lunar cycle before the year of the snake ends and horse year begins....

Are you feeling all the feels?

We're gathering a circle in HeartSpace tonight to take sanctuary and honour this moment, as spring whispers a hushed hello, and the full moon turns the big light on good and proper.

As always, when we gather, we hold space for all those in need of some care & connection...so please shout out if you'd like to some love and holding tonight and we'll shine the love your way....

In love, we pause and prepare to step forwards....with tea and apple cake for sweet nourishment and company!
