And that’s a wrap….our final Mum & Daughter Retreats of the year at Rudyard Lake.

We gathered, moved & stretched, played games, crafted, went out on the water, sound bathed, decorated cupcakes, rested & nested and shared lots of food!!

Thank you Teana at Stillness In Sound for coming to share your sound magic, and Liz at Simply Scrumptious Cakes & Classes for leading cake decorating. 🙏

Such a lovely surprise to receive a gorgeous bunch of flowers & perfect gift of a mug ‘You can’t pour from an empty cup’ today from a bunch of Mums who all met at Pregnancy Yoga 10 yrs ago!
So good to see you all again. Thank you - my heart is full 🧡🫶

We counted our blessings, and you are all top of my gratitude list 🙏

‘Be deliberate with your delight’ ….

Now there’s a phrase to remember🧡

To prioritise joy as much as we do all the other stuff - work, to-do lists…

Pleasure, rest, fun…whatever it is that fills your soul and makes you feel alive- is the whole point, and without it, we can wither very quickly, like a plant without water.

Run after your delight, chase it down, protect it and claim it. Start small. Just start.

Just a week to go till our final Mum & Daughter Retreats of the year, at Rudyard Lake 🧡 I can’t wait to gather & spend a lovely day together - yoga, crafting, nature, sound bath, relaxation, cake and togetherness...

There is now 1 space available in the 11-13 year olds group, as someone can’t make it. If you'd like to jump in on the Saturday do get in touch. 🫶

Such a joyous afternoon holding space for these two lovelies to say 'I Do' 💗We dodged the showers and the sun shone in perfect time for the ceremony.

Aston Marina was looking glorious and there was so much love in the space for this gorgeous family. A wedding gives us all chance to reflect on our own relationships, and brings the warm fuzzies into the room - such a delight 💖

Gonna go for a dance tonight now that I'm all dressed up!

And so September dawns….ushering in the promise of a return to balance and a remembering of who we are here to be.

I am walking slowly, tenderly forwards, with low expectations and allowing time for insight to drop in - something I have learnt to do through all transitions. The more spaciousness we can allow, the less bumpy the ride!

Go gently, stay close to yourself, and know there is never any rush….

Such a lovely afternoon circling together at our Sunday Sanctuary at Whitmore Hall. A chance to step away from the world, tune in, listen & be heard, under the full moon.

The togetherness of a circle of women is such a powerful thing - and it always astounds me the synchronicity of who comes, and how we all resonate & fit. We gathered on the lawn under the shade of a huge oak tree - with the bigness of sky above, herons and buzzards near by. Just stunning!

A member of staff said how she could feel the energy from the circle, that it was like a quiet, strong presence - that’s exactly it, a sacred container that holds all - magic happens when women gather 💗

The lake was perfect today, and the sauna was gorgeous, warming our hearts & bones. Tea & cake outside afterwards, and oracle cards & chocolate to close, as ever! We just need longer - always!

Buzzing with a grateful heart, and already looking forward to next time.

Our final Summer Sanctuary will be at HeartSpace garden on Sunday 24th August 6.30 - 9.00pm.

And then we’ll be into Autumn circles, can you believe it?!
