Mowat Court Care Home Our dedicated team provides high-quality residential, dementia, nursing and short-term respite care. Mowat Court practices a person-centred approach to care.

Based in the seaside town on Stonehaven in Aberdeenshire, Mowat Court care home provides high-quality residential, nursing and dementia care on a permanent and short-term basis. Residents are welcome to enjoy the shared facilities in the home, such as the hair and beauty salon and various lovely lounges. There is also a conservatory that looks out onto the home's beautiful garden where you can admire the colourful flower beds. Each bedroom at Mowat Court is spacious and tastefully furnished with en-suite facilities and a 24-hour nurse call system. This means the team get to know each of the residents so they can create unique care and lifestyle plans to suit their needs.

Our craft group have triumphed again at the Stonehaven Summer Show. We retained the Community Cup. We had to do 4 crafts a Book Mark, Decorated Plant Pot with 6 Paper Flowers, Painted Stone and a Decorated Spectacle Case.
Thank you to Stonehaven Gardening Club and Stonehaven and District Floral Art Club for your efforts putting the show together and Gill Ross one of the Floral Art Club exhibitors for the lovely flower arrangement that now adorns our reception area.

Here at Mowat we have a Wish Tree and Joan asked if she could go to The Aboyne Highland Games and as Eric has Braemar games as his permanent wish and we have been there with him twice now we went to Aboyne for a change. The weather was fabulous and all of the stewards were so very very helpful. We had a lovely day out and stopped in Banchory on the way home for an ice cream. 😀🌞🌞🌞
