Meet Georgeanna, our Physiotherapist

After living in over a dozen cities, Georgeanna has now made her way to Aberdeen and Stonehaven.

She describes her role as part detective, part body mechanic, with a strong focus on listening first. Every session starts with understanding you, your lifestyle, and what your body needs.

Her path into physiotherapy started early. At 13, her own physios helped her recover and return to competing in figure skating and track. That experience shapes how she works today.

She brings a strong academic background:
• Physiotherapy PGDip, RGU
• Sports Nutrition MSc, Oxford Brookes
• Kinesiology BSc, University of Texas at Austin

She is now continuing her studying, working with us while completing her Doctorate in Physiotherapy.

Alongside this, she has experience in nutrition research and a running analysis clinic. This gives her a deeper understanding of movement, performance, and recovery.

Georgeanna tailors every treatment to your life. This might mean reducing pain day to day, improving strength and movement, or getting you back out hiking your favourite munro.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her behind a film camera, on the ice, or out in the hills.

We often expect too much from one facial, then feel disappointed and give up too quickly. At the same time, we underestimate what consistent medical grade skincare and collagen stimulation treatments achieve when you give them time.

At the start of the year I was exhausted, perimenopause hit, I was run down, stressed, and not looking after myself properly. My skin showed it.

I went back to foundations. I introduced IIAA supplements to support myself internally and made some changes to my skin routine by introducing ZO Skincare.

Once that foundation was in place, I layered in collagen stimulation. I completed a course of Pulse Lift to tighten and lift. I had Structura to support areas of volume loss. I chose Sunekos to improve skin quality and hydration at a deeper level. I added one session of microneedling to further stimulate collagen production. I still have not had fillers and I have not had Botox in over six years.

The change did not happen in a week. It built slowly and steadily. Collagen takes time to remodel. Radiofrequency and microneedling stimulate fibroblasts, but what you see on the surface reflects processes that are happening over months. This is why beginning with a course makes such a difference. It creates momentum and shifts the skin into an active regenerative phase instead of starting and stopping treatments without direction.

Experience plays a huge role here. I understand how to combine therapies to achieve the best outcome. Medical grade skincare keeps the cellular environment functioning between treatments. Supplements support what is happening internally. When treatments are layered correctly and timed properly, results build on each other rather than plateau.

Not everyone needs the same approach. Some clients need barrier repair before any stimulation. Some need volume support before tightening. Some need inflammation reduced before we consider collagen induction. That is why I create bespoke plans rather than offering one standard pathway.
