We’re Hiring – Activities Coordinator
Highborder Lodge Residential Home
Are you creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Activities Coordinator to join our friendly team at Highbridge Residential Home!
Hours: Wednesday to Saturday, 10:00am – 4:00pm
About the Role:
As our Activities Coordinator, you’ll plan and deliver engaging, meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, independence, and joy for our residents. No two day is the same!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Organising fun and stimulating group & one-to-one activities
Planning themed events, celebrations, and outings
Encouraging resident participation and social interaction
Working closely with care staff to support individual needs
Creating a warm, inclusive, and lively environment
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, caring personality
Creativity and initiative
Good communication and organisational skills
Experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older people.
