A little update let you know about a small upcoming change at the clinic

From 20th January 2026, treatment prices will be updated. This will be the first price adjustment in over three years and reflects rising business costs, continued professional development, and the level of care I aim to provide at every appointment.

All existing clients have been sent out an exclusive discount so please check your email.

I will announce the new prices in the new year.

I offer tailored 6:1 small group training. Takes place in a private gym with everything you would need for a great workout. Classes are functional fitness styles so a mix of circuit/ AMRAPS/EMOMs, barbell work and other weighed variations.

My lovely class goers Christmas meal 🎄

Big thankyou to all them coming every week, maybe a little bit of moaning 😉 but I believe they all enjoy them, or what they say is true, and they are just scared of me!
But I choose to believe they like them and keep coming back for my great company and planning 😏

All jokes aside I’m so grateful to all of them and their commitment to the classes. This was the first year on my own coaching and I had many doubts but I’m proud of what we have achieved!

‼️Calling all Stroud Half participants ‼️
We are offering a pre and post event massage at Webb sports therapy.

The massage can be full body (back, hamstrings, calf’s, feet and quads) or just legs. Completely up to you.

🏃🏼‍♂️The deal includes;
🏃🏼‍♀️Two 1 hour massages at £80
or
🏃Two 45min massage at £70.

1 massage must be booked and completed by 27th October. The other must be booked and completed 2 weeks after the event for the deal to be counted. Last appointment for the deal to count will be 9th November 2024.

Please show your race confirmation at the appointment.

🔔New treatment 🔔

Rock pods are an alternative treatment to the plastic that I already offer.
The treatments are somewhat identical however they have lighter suction providing a more comfortable treatment. They also provide a nicer fit onto the skin allowing you to move more comfortably during exercise. 🏃🏼‍♀️

I am looking forward to using these more with clients. So keep your eyes peeled 👀
