• Monday – 7pm **(FULL)**
• Wednesday – 8am **(1 space left)**
• Thursday – 6am **(2 spaces left)**
• Saturday Sweat – 9am **(FULL)**
• Saturday Sweat (Slower Pace) – 10:15am **(FULL)**
👥 **Small group training – max 6 per class**

All sessions are coached by me – a qualified **Sports Therapist & Fitness Coach with 5+ years’ experience**, helping you train safely, effectively, and with confidence. Expect strength work, cardio conditioning, and proper sweat sessions 🔥
