How about a 30minute dynamic yoga flow, with elements of stretch, strength, flow and floor work!

I'm running lunchtime drop-in sessions, with two half-hour classes available within the lunch hours...

🕐 The first will run 12:30 - 1pm and then 1pm - 1:30... Come along to either, or both, whatever you've got time for!
