Yesterday we welcomed Alice from Movement and Smile to Oldbury 🏡 for a session of armchair exercises with some of our lovely residents. She encouraged the residents to do gentle exercise using hand and eye coordination. Using hoops, cones beanbags and soft balls 🎾 Alice had the residents enjoying the exercises and having fun and lots of laughter ☺️. We look forward to welcoming Alice back again very soon for more exercise and fun ☺️
In the afternoon two of our lovely ladies enjoyed a walk to the nearby shop to get fresh donuts 🍩 for their afternoon snack 😋

Today the residents enjoyed their weekly visit from Laura and Coco 🐕🐾from Pets As Therapy. And as always Coco was as happy 😊 to see the residents as they were to see her ❤️ with her tail wagging she went around the home 🏡 stopping for a cuddle with everyone..and a treat or two .. it’s so lovely to see the bond they have developed with Coco 🐕 and Laura since they have been coming to the home 🥰 Thankyou so much to them for the lovely visits ❤️

On Wednesday we welcomed Laura and her beautiful dog Coco from Pets As Therapy back to Oldbury House 🏡 for their weekly visit. These visits bring so much joy and happiness to our lovely residents and it’s lovely 🥰 to see how they all interact with Coco 🐕🐾 and Laura ❤️ . They enjoy talking to Laura about their own pets they had and enjoy giving Coco a treat or two ☺️ Thankyou Laura and Coco ❤️
