📣 Need a Follow-Up Appointment? Here’s How to Request One via Rapid Health 🩺

If you’ve been advised to book a follow-up appointment, you can now request this easily through the Rapid Health system.

✅ Select the “Questions and Admin” option
✍️ Then simply ask us a question and use the free text box to tell us the details of your appointment request — for example, who you need to see and any preferred days/times.

📅 Our team will then contact you within 48 hours to arrange a suitable appointment.

🚀 Rapid Health Launch – A Big Step Forward! 🚀

Today we officially launched our new Rapid Health system – and while there were a few teething problems (as expected with any new system), we’re proud to say it’s been a success so far!

We’re working hard behind the scenes to smooth out any bumps, and we truly appreciate your patience and support. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and will help us continue to improve the service for everyone.

One of our key goals with Rapid Health is to help reduce telephone waiting times, and we’re confident that as more patients get used to the system, we’ll see big improvements.
