I've had the most wonderful three days teaching chemistry and product blending to some great students 🤍

I have 5 clients to see and a zoom mentoring session over the next few days before I'm back in the classroom on Monday.

Forever grateful that I get to call this work 🙏

Just 5 days ago we had the summer solstice and now we have the new moon in Cancer. this new moon is all about planting seeds of intention for the second half of 2025. This energy is bringing the opportunity to begin again from a place of authenticity and alignment.

This new moon is also great for reflection to evaluate just how far you've come and what growth you've achieved.

Cancer being a water sign can bring heightened emotions so you may want to journal around anything that comes up for you.

The water sign of Cancer, depicted by the crab, reminds us of what we need to nurture and nourish in life, from the people closest to us and our immediate environment to how we look after our own precious home, the body.

A beautiful summer solstice with the girls 🤍✨️

Alongside teaching an everyday aromatherapy course which was with a wonderful group of ladies we've picked our flowers and fresh strawberries from the garden, practised our sun salutations in yoga along with a meditation and picked oracle cards.

Aroma Heart Holistics uses all natural ingredients sourced through specially selected suppliers using knowledge as a clinical aromatherapist to create highly effective results.

My passion is sharing my knowledge and expertise to help people make informed decisions on how to detoxify their life and improve their own and their families overall health. Bringing the safe and controlled use of essential oils to homes to enhance well being and lifestyle is my drive after having found aromatherapy to help my manage so many symptoms when I was a teenager.

In the fast paced lifestyle we have it is more important than ever to give ourselves space to be and rest our body and mind which in turn creates a more harmonious and productive you. My mission is to help everyone create a more balanced lifestyle through my years of combined expertise and training.
