🏅Patient Achievement - John’s Incredible Charity Walk 🏅

We’re so proud to share that our amazing patient, John, has recently completed ‘Op Longslog’ - a 21 mile charity walk across 21 bridges all in aid of The Colonel’s Fund Grenadier Guards, to support members of the Grenadier Guards and their families.

John’s determination is nothing short of inspirational and we’re honoured to have supported him in his journey to achieve this milestone.

🌟 Patient Success Story! 🌟

John suffered a stroke in December 2024. When we first met, John struggled to get out of bed and was unable to get downstairs, or use his left arm. John and his wife have both worked really hard with physio and he is now managing to walk around the park again with a stick, and practices the stairs daily despite having had a stairlift installed! He is also managing to draw again with his left hand. Brilliant work John!

🌟 Patient Achievement! 🌟

Sebastian suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2019 and continues to work extremely hard on all aspects of his rehabilitation with his team.

Recently, Sebastian achieved his latest goal of walking outdoors and into his favourite cafe without a walking frame or wheelchair for the first time since his brain injury six years ago.

The staff at the cafe were amazed to see his progress and he even got his coffee free of charge in celebration!

Sebastian is an inspiration and shows that hard work and determination can make such a difference.
