Take Time Holistic Therapies is now permanently closed as I am taking a break before embarking on a new career as a counsellor later this year.

Thank you to all my wonderful clients, friends and family who have supported my business and me. It's been an amazing career, which hasn't felt like working at all.

It's been a long while since I have posted on my Take Time page (over a year it seems 🙃) but I am still here 😄
