Putting Refuse to Good Use
Miss Salvage creates unique recycled items inc bird boxes to help little feathered friends stay warm, dry and safe . I’m an ex-pro photographer who became a carer for over 6yrs for my mum (who suffers from dementia + immobility.)
Once mum went into a home, I was a bit broken... but construction is therapy and making bird feeders, bug houses and other quirky decorative items for the home + garden helps banish those dark clouds.
Everything is made using recycled treasures - vintage car & tractor parts, copper pipework, taps, k***s & knockers, brass hinges, hooks, latches, sprockets and gears. I am also a skip fairy..
Each item is UNIQUE, never to be repeated assuring purchasers of something very special and everything is made with great care and and powered by big mugs of tea.
