The Release Method� is a new collaboration to bring an understanding of pain and dysfunction to a new level. Simple and effective techniques to understand individual problems and start to correct from the inside out. The Release Method� combines the latest techniques to address balance and optimal functionality within the body. The body's strength, coordination, healing and stamina along with the

systems of the body all have a common denominator….The nervous system. When this is compromised in some way, injury, overwork, stress etc, it compromises the entire body in its effort to re-balance. This manifests uniquely to each individual depending on their habits …as we are all different, or habits and lifestyle are different …our strengths and weaknesses are different, no two people are alike so how imbalance manifests will be different. These imbalances can show up in many different ways usually having nothing to do with the original cause. Instead of looking at symptoms The Release Method� address these issues from within the nervous system. Instead of imposing another program onto an already overwhelmed system we look at what is there and what the system needs in order to increase vital energy. Allowing each individual to experience and understand their own unique body intelligence. We believe our bodies are the best doctors and specialists for ourselves, we don't believe in trusting anything that has no direct experience of our personal body situation. The Release Method� is designed to reawaken our understanding of body intelligence. Children naturally have this ability and allowed to develop children have an incredible understanding of what they need. In today's busy lifestyles pushing ourselves beyond our natural resources is considered normal….but at what cost? We start to get confused by what our brain thinks we need and what our bodies are crying out for. Taking elements from Physiotherapy, infant child development, somatic release, Pilates, Gyrotonic Expansion System�, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Applied Neurology, Cranial Sacral therapy, visualisation and powerful breathing practices….we offer a next level in healing and balance, to empower individuals to connect into their own vast store of body intelligence for healing and progression. Louise Davidson, dance teacher, movement specialist, Gyrotonic practitioner, Cranial Sacral, Myofascial and Neuromuscular therapist. Professional Ex 10 dance U.S finalist returned to the Uk to continue teaching and dancing. While studying at University in 2003 she sustained a spinal injury and was unable to walk, medical prognosis was there would be no recovery. Unable to accept this prompted a long journey in search of healing and rehabilitation. Now fully recovered her part in The Release Method� is the continuing accumulation of learning from this long journey and has spent the last 14 yrs helping clients achieve their best both physically and mentally through her movement and therapy work.

Pop up combination workshop on Dec 10th @ 11-12.45pm to balance the chakra system, the nervous system, find your inner strength and power, ready to take you though the festive season in whatever way that is for you.

Buti Yoga combines yoga, and gentle HIIT to balance and realign the chakra system, kickstart metabolism, finding your inner power and strength.

Release Method will calm and reboot the nervous system and release those aches an pains.

Combining powerful up to date techniques to safely realign, stretch, strengthen and balance the body.

The body relearns how to move in a functional way to optimise existing fitness levels or to prevent or minimise long-term pain, dysfunction, and injury.

Movements are gentle and are mostly mat based incorporating mindfulness, visualisation, and breathing techniques.

The Release Method© includes aspects of Yoga, Trigger Point Pilates, The Gyrotonic Expansion System®, mindfulness, Myofascial release, Applied Neurology, pranayama, meditation and Cranial sacral therapy.

The Release Method© may help but is not limited to the following conditions:

Joint and back issues

Shoulder and neck issues

Injury recovery

Structural imbalance

Stress

Tension

Sleep problems

Autoimmune disorders

Hormone issues.

The class is open to all regardless of fitness level, age or ability.
