Swedish Massage is the manipulation of soft tissue to provide therapeutic effects

, using four techniques which can be used to relieve congestion in tissues and sooth or stimulate nerves, break down adhesions and scar tissue, reduce pain and stiffness in muscles and joints and improve venous and lymphatic circulations. A very effective therapy that can be used to relax or stimulate the mind and body improving overall health & wellbeing. First appointment typically lasts 60 minutes commencing with a health consultation. Subsequent appointments are offered at 45, 60 & 90 minutes.
