So this morning I went off to see my gorgeous clients for their first weeks weigh in.

Well ...
What can I say ! I’m couldn’t be prouder of them both, they smashed it this week !

One loosing 11lbs on step 3 by sticking to it, drinking plenty of water and doing minimal exercise walking her gorgeous dog.

One loosing 3lbs on step 3 by drinking plenty of water, running around for her baby and working hard.

Different losses but still losses and excellent ones too. Everybody is different and everybody looses different but has the same results at the end of their journey.

Congratulations girls, look forward to next weeks weigh in.

As the weekend is coming up - don’t stop your journey. This is a great test to keep you motivated on your diet. If you feel like your slipping have some water, go on a walk, do some form of light exercise, read a book etc. Anything to keep your mind active and out of the fridge. You can do this, you have got this. Enjoy your weekend and come Monday you will feel incredible !! Good luck 💪🏻
