Random new year musings for you 😆

Anyone else not quite ready to come out of hibernation mode yet? It's because we are still supposed to be living slowly!

We're in the depths of winter, this isn't the time for lots of action. This is the time for nourishing foods, slow activites, reflection and rest.

Embrace the slow, before we know it spring will be here and life will be getting hectic again.
