A complete privilege and honour to lead a service yesterday for a wonderful young man who was well loved by so many. It has been a pleasure to work with his close knit family who have been so organised and remained stoic despite the pain they are understandably going through. ❤️

I have felt very privileged and honoured this week, to lead two services, both for friend’s, saying goodbye to their beloved dads. Despite not knowing their fathers, I have learnt so much about their interesting journeys through life as well as the positive impact they had on so many people. An extremely rewarding week ❤️.

An absolute privilege to conduct a service for a very talented and well loved family man recently. His close knit family have been a pleasure to work with and their love for him and each other has shone through so brightly. Completely made up to receive this beautiful orchid as a thank you. 🌺

I felt humbled yesterday to lead the service for a friend’s dad. The family shared such beautiful memories of a popular, well-liked and highly respected man. The love for him emanated throughout the crematorium. Such a privilege.

I led my first wedding celebration this weekend for two very good friends. It was an absolute privilege. 💖

I wanted to share a review I have just received from a wonderful family I have been working with which has made my day. Once again, I am reminded of the fulfilment of this role.

Hello Lindsey,

I was over at Willow Cottage yesterday as we collected Dad's ashes from the undertakers & I just wanted to say a big 'thank you' for the ceremony script. I never expected to receive anything so beautiful and the little heart with the wildflower seeds was such a lovely touch (made me cry, again!). They will certainly be planted at Willow Cottage as Chris & I have decided to definitely keep it in the family and I know Dad (& Mom) would have loved that.
Do you know, I wish we could have had you to conduct Mom's service as you would have done a much better job than the Reverend from the local church that we had who mumbled Mom's eulogy without any expression whatsoever. I wish I had been brave enough to deliver it myself.
So Lindsey, once again the hugest of thanks, you are truly a fine ambassador for your profession and when the wild flowers from that little paper heart bloom I will not only think of Dad & Mom but of you as well.
Take care

It has been a difficult couple of months. After losing my own dear dad, last month, I was extremely proud to read a special poem during his celebrant led service.
I am now sat composing myself before leading my first service for a family member of my husbands, who asked me to do so, during his recent illness. Although it will be somewhat challenging and emotional, it will be an absolute honour to conduct the ceremony for a very special man. These recent experiences have highlighted the privileged position I find myself in as a celebrant, whereby I am able to support my clients just when they need it. ❤️xx
