✨️ 5 YEARS TODAY ✨️

5 years since the first treatment here at Rosewood, what a five years its been 🌿🫶

The treatments on offer have expanded, along with my own personal growth as ive gained knowledge as a therapist, adding in new modalities, whilst navigating life as a business owner (the therapist parts my favourite 😉)

A lot of you have been with me from the start & for that im incredibly grateful 🙏
Each week new clients come in, often recommended by others & thats honestly the biggest compliment ever!
I love what I do, I put my heart & soul into it...but you guys & those recommendations has helped grow Rosewood to what it is today.
Thankyou 🙏

Theres lots of big shifts happening here at present, new learnings, different perspectives, new approaches & fresh energy, its exciting & I feel like im just getting started ✨️

So here's to the next 5 years of relaxing physical bodies, easing tension both physical & mental, regulating nervous systems, releasing pressure, letting go of trauma, rebalancing reflexes, soothing emotions & aligning energy,
All ready for positive change on every level

Watching all that unfold on a regular basis is pure magic & when it all comes together i couldn't be happier 🥳

Still lots more growth to come for us all, how exciting,

❄️ Treatments rescheduled Friday due to the weather, so its been a long weekend out in nature
☃️ Fun & sledging... but also foraging & learning

A lot of you may already know our food standards agency - there to keep us "safe" recently declassified Turkey tail mushroom as a novel food. So you can no longer purchase its medicinal tincture in the UK.
You can however still forage your own & prepare it with a little research & self education.

✨️ This fungi has been used to support health for hundreds of years. It supports our immune system, is anti oxidant, anti inflammatory, it improves gut health & many people have used it as part of their treatment protocol against illness.
In China it is an approved, physician prescribed adjunct therapy used alongside conventional cancer treatments in hospitals!

🤔 When the systems there to keep us safe, are seemingly working in reverse -
We have to start asking ourselves WHY!!!
🤯 Energy drinks marketed at kids, cheap inflammatory seed oils added into most foods...
Make it make sense

🌳❄️ So the past couple of days... moving our bodies, getting outside, playing, observing nature, learning & gaining knowledge was our work & education.

💚 Taking care of our health & wellbeing takes many forms & this was ours recently.

Personally its been a year of growth, tests, joy, laughter, adventure, challenges, lessons, new connections, gaining knowledge & love

As i've navigated my own ebb & flow over the past year, its been an honour to hold space & walk with you, through your own unravelling of what needed to be let go & what was ready to grow.

Watching the shifts physically, mentally & emotionally over 2025, has been epic,
It makes my heart full to have played a small part in it 🙏 Thank you

🙏 Thank you to everyone that came along on Sunday, it was such a beautiful day ✨️

✨️ Familiar friendly faces popped by the stall, some regulars who have become friends, some i hadnt seen since my last events & lots of new ones who came to chat about what could help support their wellbeing

🌱 Ideas of what could compliment pain management, support how they manage chronic conditions, help with hormone regulation for the ladies & ways to help balance mood were all hot topics

🥳 What really struck me was the amount of people who are wanting to limit & reduce the amount of chemicals they use on their bodies, in the home & around their children and pets

✨️ It was so refreshing to hear people from all different backgrounds & walks of life, realising just how much crap we are bombarded by on a daily basis!
Keen to make small changes to make big improvements their lives ✨️

💚 A quiet revolution is happening if you look in the right places 💚
