As a blind person since the age of four, touch has been a crucial sense to help me interpret the world around me. I have experienced the physical and mental benefits of massage for many years, and so when I found myself out of work and trying without success to find a way back in, I decided to learn how to deliver a professional massage myself, and use my heighten

ed sense of touch to pass on the benefits I have experienced to other people. My experience as a former international blind footballer and Paralympian, has taught me how important it is to look after both our body and mind. Although regular exercise is good for our physical and mental health, it does take its toll on our muscles, and if not taken care of tension can build up causing pain and discomfort. I know how much massage has helped me recover from and manage injuries over the years, and by passing on the knowledge I have picked up I’m confident I can help with whatever issue you have. So if you have some Knots and niggles that need ironing out, or you would just like some relaxation time to clear your mind, have a look at the different massages I currently offer, and contact me to discuss your requirements. You can either choose how long you would like the massage to be, and tell me what areas you would like me to work on, or choose one of the treatments listed below.

Ten years on from our trek from Anfield stadium in Liverpool to the home of WBAFC the Hawthorns West Bromwich, myself and some of my Blind team mates are hitting the road again to raise funds for the Albion Foundation. This time the challenge is to walk from Wembley Stadium to the Hawthorns over the course of five days, I have been given a target of £600 to hit so all donations gratefully received.
To help me hit the target, I will be donating 10% of any payments for massages if you opt to pay full price. Alternatively the Spring saver offer is still available, so treat yourself and help a good cause at the same time!
