and his running partner Josh for running 100k EACH on Saturday and raising £10,000 for MND! Donations are still being accepted 💪

This is a cause that’s close to my heart, and unfortunately, it seems to be affecting more and more families. Events like this are so important to help raise support and awareness for those having to deal with this awful condition.

A huge thank you to Tom and Josh for putting in the time and effort to support the MND community! 🙏

Unfortunately due to sustaining an injury my summer plans to America have now been cancelled. I will also be off work for the next month maybe longer.

I'd like to send an apology to my clients, however look to my other posts to see the good news 👌

For existing clients feel free to call me as I'll be able update rehab and do virtual sessions over summer now and for physical therapy you can DM the page to book in with Adam👌

Meet Reece Ashfield - GB Triathlete🇬🇧

He has competed globally since 2017 when he competed in his first European Championships in Soria, Spain in the Duathlon placing 8th with a time of 1:06:07

From there Reece competed in
Pontevedra (2019) in the Duathlon World Championships and won the GOLD🥇 medal with a time of 59.01

He then won GOLD🥇again in Târgu Mures, Romania (2019) in the Duathlon World Championships with a time of 56:59

Now fast forward to 2021 Reece has competed in:

✅European Triathlon Duathlon Championships in Târgu Mures (2021)

✅European Triathlon Championships in Valencia (2021)

✅World Triathlon Duathlon Championships in Aviles (2021)

I was lucky enough to work with Reece before he went to Valencia in 2021 where he won the SILVER medal 🥈💪

Despite all he's achieved at just 22 he was a great man to work with very humble and honest 👏 best of luck Reece with this year's events 💪

Meet Swyn Williams, GB Costal Rower 🇬🇧https://www.facebook.com/swyn.williams

She represented Great Britain at the:

✅World Rowing Coastal Championships in Portugal in 2021 when her and her crew-mate (Tom Brain) won GOLD medals🥇in the Mixed Doubles category at the British Offshore Rowing Championships.

✅She has also competed in two previous World Champs (Monaco 2016 and Canada 2018)

✅And is currently training for this year’s British and World Champs in Pembrokeshire, West Wales 💪

Was absolutely fantastic to work with such an incredible woman and athlete 😁💪
