Had such a wonderful afternoon at our care home today! 🎶 A talented singer came to visit and filled our lounge room with beautiful music. Everyone was tapping their feet and humming along to the tunes, it was truly heartwarming to see. We all had such a lovely time enjoying the performance. Big thanks to the singer for sharing their gift with us! Such a special day for all of us here. 🥰 Also a big shout out for the lovely care staff who also helped to make this happen.

Getting a workout with our amazing seniors today! 💪 We're keeping things moving and grooving with some awesome chair exercises. It's so inspiring to see everyone participating and having a blast. Even from a seated position, you can get a fantastic workout in. Feeling energized and ready to take on the day! ✨

Just spent the most amazing afternoon chair dancing with our wonderful seniors! 💃🕺 It's so heartwarming to see them light up with joy as we groove to the music. We explored different rhythms and even did some fun arm choreography, which everyone totally nailed. This session was pure bliss, filled with laughter and a whole lot of happy feet tapping! 🎶 Making memories like these is what it's all about. Many thanks to Faye from Xpress yourself dance.

Weekend activities at The Gables are kicked off by the ever popular Friday Happy Hour and can any any combination of our ‘Seven Branches of Cinnamon’ activity programme.
Highlights this weekend included tai chi with Victoria and a beautiful piano recital by Matt, just two of our Huckleberry friends.

We Had a Blast with Chair Exercises Today! 🎉🪑💪

Today was all about staying active, having fun, and feeling great with our awesome group of seniors! 💖 We spent the morning doing some easy and enjoyable chair exercises that got everyone moving, laughing, and smiling. 😄

Can you feel the love in the room . What a heartwarming day ! The residents were all smiles - singing ,laughing its amazing how much happiness fills the room when everyone is enjoying the moment together.
