Hope everyone had a lovely relaxing Easter!🐰 I'm back at work tomorrow and will open the shop tomorrow morning. I'll going to be busy soap making this week, so the shop hours may vary a little. There's a lot to do and some tasks need to be done while I'm closed, so I'll be open as often as I can. See you soon!

Morning! 😀 I hope to be open at lunchtime today (I'll be there as soon as I can but have an appointment this morning) and I'll be open all day tomorrow. I'll be closed this weekend because it's the Easter Bank Holiday. (The Centre cafe will be closed, Friday, Saturday and Monday).

Well that was good.... we arrived at the hospital, checked in, the surgeon arrived and then the operation was cancelled due to a lack of nurses! I'm not blaming the NHS these things happen, but I am so sorry for causing any inconvenience or confusion.

So please ignore everything I've said in the last few days - I've torn up all of my plans and it's back to business as usual! I'll be open tomorrow... 😣

Here are this week's shop opening hours. I hope it will give everyone a chance to pop in for last minute items before I have to close for a few days. I'll be processing website orders as usual and will re-open the shop as soon as I can. Thanks for being so understanding. 🫶

IMPORTANT UPDATE 26/3/26 - I'm leaving the original post up, but everything has changed! The operation was cancelled at the last minute so it's business as usual! Really sorry for any confusion.

Sorry for a long post, but the newsletter function on the website is out of action at the moment. I have posted a blog article about this too, so hope this message reaches as many customers as possible who may visit the Natroma shop at the Ruskin Glass Centre in the coming weeks.

Unfortunately I need to reduce my shop opening hours again. It's temporary while Paul recovers from another operation (please don't worry, it's not serious) so I'm hoping things will begin to return to normal after Easter. This week will be difficult (the operation is on Thursday) so my plan is to be open for a few hours on Thursday (around lunchtime) and all day on Saturday, to allow local customers to stock up on their skincare favourites. Holistic Therapy appointments will proceed as planned.

Between 1st - 16th April I expect the Natroma shop will be closed, but this does coincide with Easter so should hopefully cause minimal disruption. I hope to open occasional extra hours where I can and I'll post these on Facebook and on the website, so customers can plan their visits. Click and Collect will be temporarily suspended after Wednesday, with last collections on Saturday.

Website orders will continue to be processed as normal - I'll be calling in regularly and processing orders in batches. I'll be working from home so if you have any queries, please send in an e-mail and I'll respond asap.

In the meantime, thank you for your patience and loyalty yet again! It's been a difficult time and it's frustrating that I'm causing customers more inconvenience. Fingers crossed things will begin to return to normal soon.

I've been busy, getting ready for the Ruskin's Spring Fayre...lots of soap decorating and hamper wrapping! 😅 It's going to be a great day, so remember to call into the workshop for some fragrant goodies during your visit. I'll be open from 10am - 4pm!
