Natroma aromatherapy is a natural soap and skincare business (founded by a Clinical Aromatherapist)

At The Natural Soapworks we specialise in making goats milk soaps and handmade aromatherapy skincare using natural (often organic) ingredients. Natroma is our natural skincare range of cleansers, toners, moiturisers, oil serums and lotions. Everything we make is approved by Cruelty-Free International so our products carry the Leaping Bunny logo. We take great pride in formulating and making all of our products by hand, so customers can enjoy using the type of luxurious, fragrant products that aren't normally available on the high street.

Not long to go until it's the Ruskin Craft Fayre! 🥳 This week I'll be open Thursday & Friday 10.30am - 3pm and Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4pm. It's going to be a great weekend so see you soon!

Today a customer came into the Natroma shop and mentioned she'd visited Birmingham looking for me at the Cathedral Market. I explained that I'd turned down the offer to trade for this year, so I'm sorry to anyone else who's visited the market looking for the Natroma cabin!

Instead she found even more beautiful Natroma goodies here in the shop at the Ruskin Glass Centre, So please call in if you can.....it's warm, it's dry and looking very festive with lots of beautiful Christmas gift ideas! 🎄🎁

Sorry for the delay in confirming my shop opening hours for this week - it's been one of those days. I'll be open 10.30am - 3pm tomorrow, Friday and Saturday.

I'm trying to keep the shop open for as long as I can for as many days as possible each week, but life keeps getting in the way. I am sorry and thank you for your patience. Finishing on a positive, I've managed to clear the website order backlog, so everyone's parcels are on their way!

A little update on what's happening this week....

As you know, I'm attending the Himley Hall Christmas Fair this weekend. Behind the scenes it's been a bit mad, with me working very long hours trying to keep everything going. I've finally had to admit there just isn't enough of me to go around! 😅

So I've put a temporary delay on website orders (I'm sorry to do this, but I've run out of time to process the orders, go to the Post Office and get ready for the Fair). This is just temporary! I'll be catching up with the backlog on Monday, so please keep the orders coming in and I'll make sure they're on their way to you asap.

I have the chance to set up my stand at Himley on Friday afternoon/evening. So I'll be opening the shop for a couple of hours on Friday just in case anyone needs anything urgently.

Hope this update helps. The shop is open tomorrow and I'm looking forward to seeing you at Himley Hall! 🎄

Not long to go until the Himley Christmas Fair!🥳 I'll be there all weekend so the Natroma shop will be closed on Saturday. I may also have reduced hours on Friday if we're allowed to begin setting up our stands early. I'm awaiting more info on this, so will let you know if it changes this week's opening hours.

It feels like I'm living at the Ruskin at the moment - there is so much manufacturing going on behind the scenes each week! 😅 But here's some good news.... I'm extending the shop hours so I'll be open a little longer each day and Thursdays are back!

I've had a busy day decorating loads of soaps for this year's Festive Soap Slice Hamper. Many of the soaps are hand painted with pretty micas so I hope you like them....and yes, I've arrived home looking a little sparklyl! 😂

I'm really busy with Christmas manufacturing (🎅 we need more elves!) and thank you for all the lovely orders this week! But don't worry I haven't forgotten about you, the shop will be open Thursday - Saturday this week. 🥳

Sorry (but not really😁)....I know some will say it's too early, but it's starting to look a little festive in the Natroma shop! But don't worry the 🎄 tree won't be making an appearance until November. Christmas hampers and gift goodies are on pre-order via the website (with more to be added in the next few days).

At Natroma & The Natural Soapworks we specialise in making handmade aromatherapy skincare, natural soaps and bathing products using natural (often organic) ingredients. We launched our company in 2006 because we have eczema and sensitive skin, and couldn’t find the kind of ethical, natural skincare products we wanted to use. Natroma is our organic skincare range of hot cloth cleansers, hydrolat toners, Q10 moisturisers and oil serums. Our gentle, skin-kind products have won natural beauty awards for the last 3 years running! Everything we make is approved by Cruelty-Free International so our products carry the Leaping Bunny logo. Our products are free from parabens, synthetic colours and fragrances, SLS and other synthetic detergents, propylene glycol, triclosan etc. We take great pride in formulating and making all of our products by hand (without bought in cosmetic bases) so customers can enjoy using the type of luxurious, genuine aromatherapy products that aren't normally available on the high street.

We’re also holistic therapists (Clinical Aromatherapy and Swedish & Sports Massage) so we have a holistic therapy treatment room in our shop at the Ruskin Glass Centre.
