Morning everybody, happy Friday .

More changes to the booking system ,
For those booking in for treatment at the tennis club you will need fo use the booking system to book your own treatments from now on ,
You all know I love speaking to you but I’m spending so much time with back and forth messages I think it’s so much easier for people to book their own treatments.

I’m so busy and that’s how bookings can get missed if I’m messaging 8-10 people at a time.

If you are having difficulty and can’t book then please contact me and I will always help.

Also please make sure you are choosing the right option .

Tennis club members only - Members at the tennis club , show your membership at reception, the receptionist will know you .

Soft tissue therapy - For all non members .

Morning everyone ,
Just posting some information about my booking system ,

You will see some changes when booking your own appointments.
I have tried to hold off raising my prices for a few years now and if you remember I did post in April saying I was going to introduce an increase , well when the time came I just couldn’t do it 🙁.

There are alot of costs involved to run a business,
We have to ensure we are trained to a high standard- fully insured and represented by right professional associations,
Then there’s equipment, products , bills utilities and advertising.

But the most important aspect of all that I hold dearly -

The time I give ,

I have always been generous with my time and give as much as I possibly can in each session . This will not change at all, but I do feel that I need to/ should be charging more for what I provide especially with the standard / amount of training I have invested in over the years and also the experience and knowledge I have gained working in sport for such a long time .

So to wrap it up , my prices will now be inline with the standards I provide.

When booking on the system you will see the option for Stourbridge tennis club members only - that’s exactly what it means 😊😊.

Then there is the other option for Soft tissue therapy , this is the umbrella term for all things:
Soft tissue therapy - massage including sports and remedial massage.
Remedial / Injury based
Sports therapy / rehabilitation / exercise prescription.
Cupping and other equipment used during treatment .
Lymphatic drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage for pre and post operative cases .

So sorry for the long post , it’s such a lot to explain - when talking about money I am aware that things can get misconstrued, for those of you that know me …… I know you will fully understand and respect this , so for those who don’t know me that well I hope this post is as clear as it can be .

Morning everyone .

Well mums dads teachers the day has come .
The last day of term .
I don’t know who’s more excited the kids or myself 😊.

Who’s looking forward to the summer holidays ?
We don’t get that many with our kids so I always try to make the most of it .

What are your plans this summer ?
Are you working or mixing work with childcare ?

I hope you find time to have fun and to all the good teachers out there make sure you get the rest you deserve.

My working days will be Wednesdays 08.30 - 9pm
Thursdays 08.30- 9pm
Saturdays 08.30 onwards till around 12 the latest so I can enjoy having my kids at home and do lots of fun things

Morning everyone ,
Happy Sunday 😊.
I love hearing about clients wins , I think the majority of my posts are about praising the people that come to me for treatment when they achieve goals or notice improvements.
Well here is another .
Andrew came to me a few months ago for some help with a few niggles , we got to work straight away 😊.

Soft tissue therapy
Exercise advice / prescription / re- education.
Aftercare tips / hints including home care and nutrition.
Open discussions around improvements and future goals .

Every week there was an improvement in an area of focus . The experience of trialing something new and just being open to the possibilities is so important when working closely with a client.

***Some people want to be fixed straight away ,
Unfortunately it doesn’t work like that .
Treatment takes time and the right kind of mindset and general understanding that issues don’t just come on overnight and they sure as heck don’t go overnight after 1 or 2 treatments either .
No matter what your qualifications are 😅**

Andrew understood there was work to be done .

Now he’s winning competitions which is bloomin fantastic.

So chuffed for him 👏🏼👏🏼

Do you love Pilates ?
There’s a new reformer studio opened up in Kingswinford 👀.

Pilates is excellent for strength ,
Loads of my clients say it’s addictive.
It’s also excellent for recovery from injury as part of a comprehensive treatment plan .
For those I have recommended Pilates to have a look at this new place 🙂

A FITNESS trainer has transformed three empty units at a Kingswinford health club into brand new reformer Pilates studio.
