“Growing up, care was always part of my world. My Nana was a carer for the council, and my mum has worked in care for over a decade. Watching their dedication left a lasting impression on me. I started working in care just before turning 17, alongside my mum while still in college, and I haven’t looked back since.”

Adyanna joined Helping Hands in March 2024 at just 19 years old and has been making an incredible impact ever since.

“What I enjoy most is getting to know each client’s routine and personal preferences. There’s something incredibly meaningful about being able to brighten someone’s day - even more so knowing that we might be the only friendly face they see.
