As the year comes to a close, I just want to say a huge thank you to every client who has walked through the door at Cattlebyre 1 this year and kept me busy. I am so genuinely grateful for your support and trust 🤍

Thank you also for all the cards, gifts, and Christmas tips — they’ve been so thoughtful and truly appreciated 🤍

I will be taking a long digital detox over Christmas and into the New Year, keeping my head down as I work through the final pillar of my health coaching journey.

This pause also gives me the space to step back, reflect and see clearly how I can bring my vision forward in 2026.

Appointments will carry on as usual. They can be booked online or by contacting me.

I’m also incredibly grateful to everyone who has taken an interest in my health coaching, asked questions, shared encouragement and followed along quietly behind the scenes. It truly means more than you know.

As part of my health coaching training, I have a Live Suoervison session coming up on Zoom and I need one volunteer to take part.

The session uses a simple health coaching tool that explores your health and wellbeing. We will have a quick chat beforehand so you feel totally comfortable.

Takes around 20/25 minutes.
Has to be done via Zoom.

As the evenings grow darker and the days turn colder, our bodies naturally shift into a slower rhythm.

This is the season of deeper breaths, earlier nights and soothing grounding rituals.

Watching Archer curled up in MY blanket 😂reminds me how much we all crave warmth and comfort.

Being able to slow down is natural right now and being able to support yourself through this shift matters.

Reflexology is the perfect way to settle into a gentle pace that this season calls for.

The inner edge of your foot holds a tiny map of your spine and it mirrors your actual spine almost perfectly, curves and all!

Next time you are barefoot, trace it with your finger… your foot is literally a mini version of your back 🌀

This morning, I had the absolute privilege of giving a reflexology treatment to a beautiful lady who was over 40 weeks pregnant.

From the moment she settled onto the couch, I could feel such a calm and nurturing energy fill the room.

As I worked my way through the treatment, I found myself becoming quite emotional. Watching her drift into deep relaxation, knowing how much her body has done and continues to do to nurture new life.

It reminded me how truly incredible and intelligent our bodies are.

There is something so magical by being able to support someone during such a precious, powerful time.

I feel deeply honoured to be a small part of her pregnancy journey, to give her a moment of stillness, peace and connection with herself and her baby.

Treatments like this remind me why I love what I do so much. Reflexology isn’t just about the physical, it’s about holding space, bringing comfort, and witnessing the beauty of what it means to be human.

You may of heard me saying that reflexology can bring the body into balance.

But what does that actually mean?

Bringing your body into balance with reflexology is describing a multi-layered shift in the body: with the nervous system calming, improved circulation, organ function regulation, physical tension release and emotional harmony. Reflexology doesn’t “cure” every symptom directly but it can create the internal conditions where the body can self-correct and thrive.
