I’ve decided to take a summer pause and step away from social media for the time being.

As many of you know, I am currently deep into my health coaching training

I want to be able to give that and my reflexology practice, the presence and focus they both truly deserve. I have acknowledged this and have decided to take action. Maybe a little drastic but it’s time for me to knuckle down, no distractions and definitely no excuses .

Although I will not be visible on here, reflexology appointments continue as normal.

I finally got around to it 🫠
Introducing Zone Face Lift

Back in January, I completed my training in Zone Face Lift, a beautifully restorative and rejuvenating treatment that combines facial reflexology, ancient healing techniques and mindful massage to naturally lift both the face and spirit.

At the time, I wasn’t able to give it the energy and focus it truly deserved. But now, I’m so excited to be introducing it into my practice this August.

Exciting News!

I am officially embracing student life again as I begin my health coaching journey with Health Coaches Academy but don’t worry reflexology will continue just as it is.

This feels like such a natural next step after my own health journey which I have shared with some of you. I'm so excited to deepen my knowledge and bring everything I learn into the work I do.

Health coaching will allow me to support people on a deeper level, especially when it comes to health challenges and wellbeing goals, which is something we often talk about in the treatment room.

As part of my training, I'll be looking for case studies, so if you're interested in being part of this: keep an eye out!

Reflexology for Menopause.
A 90-Minute Restorative Experience £75

This treatment has been thoughtfully designed to support you during perimenopause and menopause: physically, emotionally and energetically.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment.

From the moment you arrive, this is your time to pause, exhale and receive.

We will begin with a well-being consultation to gently explore how you are feeling and which aspects of perimenopause/menopause you may be struggling with. This helps tailor the treatment to your unique experience.

Then, you are tucked under a light duvet on a cosy treatment couch (yes, I really do tuck you in — and yes, my clients love it!). Cooler options will also be available.

This 90-minute treatment includes a beautiful blend of face, hand, and foot reflexology, working holistically to support the nervous system, the endocrine system and emotional well-being.

Once the treatment is complete, there is time to gently come round and ease back into your day. We can discuss anything that came up for you as well as simple ways to continue supporting yourself at home.

You will leave feeling calmer, lighter and more like you again.
