I’m not “love & light” all the time💜

I still feel things deeply. I still get triggered.

But the difference now is that I don’t stay there like I used to.

I’ve learnt how to feel and let feelings move through me and come back to myself quicker 💜✨

(This felt fitting that the wind came through right as I said those words🤣 a reminder that emotions are meant to move through us, not stay stuck )

This is the work I practice daily and the work I support people with.

When asking to clean up and note reminders around the house don’t work…

Parenting 2 sarcastic strong willed boys is testing😬🤣 so I chose to meet them there!
We move on to video tutorials 🙏

Your body isn't broken and you don't need to be fixed. It just needs to know what safety feels like.

And that happens through consistent, daily habits. Not one quick fix. This is how we move out of survival mode and into safety.

Safety doesn't always feel calm. Sometimes it feels like less chaos🙏

Last night I experienced something so special listening to play the handpan in Dublin ✨

I flew to Dublin on my own just to see him in concert. His music has been like medicine for my soul over the past few months and helped me through some difficult moments, so being able to experience it live felt really meaningful.

Some of you will recognise him, as I play his music in my treatments😍

It felt like such a deep spiritual journey. It took my breath away at times and moved me to tears 🥹

The way he lets the music flow, the calm, humorous energy and presence he has, the stories he shares and even the pause in between the notes, you could actually feel the whole room soften. People were breathing deeper, bodies relaxing and nervous systems settling🙏

Nervous system work is so important to me, so it was incredible to witness how powerful sound, music and vibration can be in creating that shift!
A room full of strangers that felt completely connected through sound for a few hours.

At the end of the night he spoke about his soul mission being to promote peace, and encouraged everyone to spread peace to those who need it most. The message stayed with me because I resonate so much.

Thank you for such a magical experience 🙏✨

I received this message from someone who had booked my Treatment of the Month, a nervous sytem focused massage.

Holding space for someone to feel safe in their body again is one of the greatest honours of my work🥹🙏

This is why i am so passionate about nervous system work, creating a space where people can soften, feel safe and reconnect with their body.

When the nervous system softens, the whole body can begin to heal.

Many people think their reactions are personality traits or this is just who i am, but often they’re actually trauma responses from a nervous system stuck in survival mode.

These four trauma responses Fight, Flight, Freeze and Fawn are protective patterns the body develops to cope with stress or past trauma.

When we learn how to regulate our nervous system, we begin to move from surviving to truly living.

Understanding your patterns will deepen your awareness with yourself.

You are not broken and do not need to be fixed. Your system just needs to feel safety🧘‍♀️💜✨️

Many people are living in survival mode without even realising it.

When the nervous system is stuck in fight, flight, freeze or fawn, the body and mind can struggle to feel safe, even when life looks calm on the outside.

When we stay in survival mode for long periods of time, it can begin to affect our sleep, emotions, relationships and physical health.

Good news is, the nervous sytem can find safety again🙏

Awareness is the first step toward regulation and healing.
