It's always an enjoyable time when we have the wonderful Kim come and sing at Astley. He gets everyone singing and dancing along and lots of smiles on everyone's face.

A little peak of our recent visit from David from G-Fitness who visits regularly for our Arm chair exercises. It really is enjoyable for all. We look forward to welcoming him back in a few weeks 🏋‍♂️

Over the weekend Amber brought the beautiful Oakley to visit everyone. He was so well behaved and everyone loved giving him lots of cuddles and fuss. He's welcome back anytime.

We have a Heritage group objective of access to the outside and nature, increasing our “minutes of fresh air challenge” month by month. At Astley in July we recorded 3784 minutes of time spent in the garden by residents, being 32.75 hours.  Gardening clubbers visited the garden centre to select...

Last week Dave from G-fitness came back and held an Armchair exercise class. Everyone who joined in said it didn't feel like exercise as it was enjoyable and good fun.

Baking club🥧 This week some of the ladies made 2 beautiful banoffee pies for everyone to enjoy as their pudding. Everyone said how tasty it was.
