Be kind to yourself. When you spend so much time focusing on what you think you should look like, should be or can’t do you begin to recognise less and less what YOUR amazing qualities are. Life is too precious to be unkind to yourself or others so share the love 💚

We have created a Neurodivergence Zone on our SEND Local Offer website that contains information, materials and advice specific to neurodivergence including Autism and ADHD.

Parent carers told us that having information specific to these needs is really important, so we have been working with them, and our colleagues in health, to pull together this new online section.
