Yep it’s official, the comfort zone is not even that comfy!!

In fact it’s pretty damn uncomfy, especially considering the huge price we pay to be there!!

Can you think of a single time when you’ve thought to yourself… I’m glad I stayed nestled in the comfort zone and didn’t do that amazing thing, grab that incredible opportunity, make that artwork, launch that project, tell my truth, set that boundary?????

Outside the comfort zone is a wonderful (slightly scary), inspirational, rocket fuel giving, page turning all round awesome place! Come on out, the water is warm 😉

ACTION IS EVERYTHING!

What I love most about my client sessions is the huge variety of themes that come up, each beginning an unexpected journey. Each one as unique and beautifully complex, as we all are!!

There really is no dream, plan, new path or big shift that can happen without taking incremental steps towards it.

The power is all yours to take. But (and I can’t emphasise this enough, my love), the most vital ingredient by far… is ACTION!! 🎉

As we’re settling into the year, take a moment. Focus on one goal, intention or desire for the months to come. Now decide what you are going to need to get there. Maybe you need to master a new skill? Change a habit that has been holding you back or perhaps let go of some old thoughts that are stuck on repeat, things that no longer serve you or align with your dreams…

Can you now see what you need in your minds eye? Great! Now make a plan to make that happen, step by step, this year!!

Your future self is already excited for the action you’re about to take!!

You’ve got this! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
