Last but definitely not least is the fabulous Slimming World with Kizzy in Stow on the Wold 💜
Kizzy has been a consultant since December 2024 and is absolutely loving supporting her members to achieve their dreams each week!
You may have spotted her already on the TV while watching crufts as Kizzy is a passionate fly baller and has a beautiful family of dogs which are her life too 🐶 🥰 She would never have done that though without already losing SIX AND A HALF stone through Slimming World herself 🌟🌟🌟 so if ever there was a fan of food optimising and body magic it’s her!!
You’ll find Kizzy in Shipston on Stour on Wednesday evenings at 5 & 7 pm in Townsend Hall and also Stow Primary School Mondays at 5.30 & 7pm too 🙌🏼💜🙌🏼💜

Where i started to where I am now 😍

Just over 2 years ago I walked into my first Slimming World group as a member

6 months ago I walked into my first slimming world group as a consultant

The difference my journey has made it massive.

Im an outdoors kinda girl.
I play flyball and agility with my dogs

The difference there is profound

My life is my dogs and I was letting them down

Now I can atleast run after them even if they will always be faster!😂

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would achieve this when I walked into my very first slimming world group just over 2 years ago! 😍
