Important notice
As of Friday 28th June Phoenix Counselling Practice in Stowmarket will sadly be permanently closing its doors. We are aware having been active in the local community for nearly 20 years that this could have a mental wellbeing impact in some people.
Upon reflection we feel humbled to have had the opportunity to support so many children, young people and adults that have accessed our services over the years. Some of the counsellors and therapists are still practicing within the area and are happy to take on new referrals, they can be contacted through this page.

So yesterday I had a ‘free’ no sessions afternoon and also Pete was home so we went to watch Inside Out 2 at The Regal in Stowmarket
And we both loved it 🙂❤️🙂❤️

Today I did my flower display at Stowupland Church
Thank you Margaret Rose for your help (doing the flowers)
Festival on all weekend - lots of beautiful displays and the church smells amazing
Also refreshments available
