As a coach we don't do It for rewards or recognition for us it's all about the children we work with, to watch them grow, learn new skills and build confidence and make new friends.
To see them smile, laugh and develop as little people through learning to play football.
But just sometimes it's good to know your doing a good job. ❤️⚽️🔴
