Moving day success! We are putting our faith on mother nature to take care of our little quackers.

Meet 'Bumble' and 'Bee' two whippet puppies owned by a family member. They brought the dogs, who are four months old today, in to see their mum this afternoon.

Last week we recalled memories of desserts and the residents said they'd not had banana splits for years!

So mid afternoon today it was banana split time! With a choice of ice cream flavours, squirty cream, (gotta be done!)
, all topped with sauce, nuts and sugar strands. We can't wait to do it again! 😋😋😋

The ducklings are now HUGE! Apart from two of our little boys. Thus we are hanging onto them for a couple of more weeks to make sure they have the best chance of survival.

Monty was also in today and adores getting away from the office to visit all the residents. Always hopeful that the biscuit tin will come out of course!

We were so pleased to spend the day at Felixstowe "hut" today. Fish and chips and ice creams were delicious and devoured!

As you can see the sky was brilliant blue, but the breeze certainly got rid of some of those winter cobwebs.

Everyone said they had a lovely time, and I think we will all sleep well tonight, thanks to all that sea air! 😴
Thank you to all the drivers, escorts and family members who joined us. And thank you to all the staff at Chilton who helped to get us on our way this morning. 😃
